Clinicians

Excellent opportunity for Clinicians to work as part of a Family Stabilization Team to provide a range of intensive home and community-based services to children ages 3-21 and their families. Provide diagnostic assessment, service planning, family therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and coordination of services to assist families in maintaining their children within the home. Supervision and some training were provided. Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working knowledge of child welfare systems is strongly preferred. Native American, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related field required. A minimum of 2 years of family counseling or home-based clinical work experience is required. For reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license is required and must pass a CORI check.

Mentors

Excellent opportunity for experienced Mentors to work as part of a Family Stabilization Team to assist youth ages 3-21 in developing appropriate communication skills, enhancing conflict resolution skills, and teaching pro-social strategies through targeted activities by their action plan. Expose youth to social situations in which age-appropriate skills can be acquired and practiced through role-playing and behavioral rehearsals. Serve as a positive role model, reinforce the importance of school, foster good study skills and work habits, and provide youth with the information they need to make healthy, mature choices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours. Working knowledge of child welfare systems and experience working with DCF-involved families are strongly preferred. Native American, Spanish, and Portuguese-speaking individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university and at least one (2) year experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth or high school diploma and at least two (3) years experience working with the target population. For reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license is required and must pass a CORI check.
